Carter Lauren is proud to announce the completion of two exciting projects for Six by Nico in both Cardiff and Birmingham.
The restaurant name expresses the idea behind Six by Nico, renowned for creating a new six-course tasting menu that changes every six weeks, drawing inspiration from a theme, destination, or concept.

Mollies Motel & Diner – Bristol
Construction of a 125 Bed Motel together with separate Diner and associated 278 External works.High specification fit-out of both to include extensive use of oak paneling, terrazzo wall and floor tiling. External works to comprise EV charging and feature courtyard.
Hall & Woodhouse – Wichelstowe
Construction of a new public house using both traditional and timber frame construction encapsulated with zinc and timber cladding and aluminum curtain walling/windows, with zinc standing seam roof covering.
Premier Inn – Portsmouth
Construction of a 120 Bed Premier Inn Hotel including Bar and Block Restaurant area and associated 278 External works. Scope of works include the design of steel podium deck concrete slab with metframe upper levels.
